Information according to §5 TMG
Marcus Zieboll and Günes Göker
general terms and conditions
The registration for a dance course or workshop at HappyFeet Stuttgart requires the payment of the entire fee of the booked dance course or workshop.
The fee includes 3.75% royalties to GEMA.
The information available on the Internet regarding course information, dates and fees is provided without guarantee.
With the registration a reservation for a place in the course is made in advance, but only after checking availability and a confirmation by HappyFeet Stuttgart.
If an application is made on behalf of another person, the sender is liable for all obligations arising from this, in particular for the complete payment of the course fee.
All personal details to be provided (first name, surname, e-mail address) must be correct and truthful.
The data collected during registration is only used for communication between the customer and HappyFeet Stuttgart. They will not be passed on to third parties.
The course fees, both for dance courses and workshops, are to be paid by bank transfer within 7 days after receipt of confirmation from HappyFeet Stuttgart. After consultation with HappyFeet Stuttgart it is also possible to pay cash on the first date of the dance course or workshop.
A notice of termination, cancellation, as well as agreements of deviating conditions, must be made in writing (by e-mail).
If you are prevented from attending the course, there is the possibility of cancellation with the applicable fees listed below.
Every dance course or workshop registration at HappyFeet Stuttgart is generally binding and obligates acceptance and payment. The German Distance Selling Act includes a two-week right of withdrawal, which however does not apply to the sale of tickets and seminar places (§ 312b Paragraph 3 No. 6 BGB). Deviating from the Distance Selling Act, HappyFeet Stuttgart allows that an order can be cancelled. The following cancellation fees will then apply:
Cancellation from 5 days before the start of the dance course or workshop: 100 % cancellation fee
Cancellation up to 5 days before the start of the dance course or workshop: 50 % cancellation fee
Cancellation up to 20 days before the start of the dance course or workshop: 20 % cancellation fee
When distributing free places in dance courses and workshops, we try to achieve a homogeneous relationship between leader and follower. In order to ease the waiting list, two single leaders/follower will still be included in the course.
Staying and dancing in our space is at your own risk.
In the courses, if not communicated otherwise, partners are changed regularly.
Unless otherwise agreed with HappyFeet Stuttgart, photography and filming are not permitted during the course.
In case of infectious diseases, participation in the course is to be refrained from, or a change of partner during the course is to be avoided.
If parts or individual formulations of these terms and conditions do not, no longer or not completely correspond to the applicable legal situation, the remaining parts remain unaffected in their content and validity.
