Güneş discovered swing dancing in 2013 and was immediately full of fire and flame. Dancing has been an essential part of life since childhood. Fascinated by Gene Kelly and Fred Astaire, she started with jazz dance at an early age, later tried all Latin American dances and finally got stuck with swing.
Güneş has already started teaching in 2013 at the SwingStep Stuttgart swing dance school.
Through her studies of German language and literature combined with a teaching degree, she has a corresponding pedagogical background, which she has further developed and adapted in teaching dance and movement.
In her heart Güneş feels the swing music, her feet feel the beat and let her move strikingly light-footedly across the dance floor – seemingly floating. Add to this her styling with oriental traits and there you have it Güneş Göker.
Marcus discovered swing dancing in 2012 and was immediately fascinated by both the music and the way it „moves“. Since movement has always been an important part of his life, he quickly felt that faster music almost catapulted him into a frenzy.
Marcus has already started teaching in 2013 at the SwingStep Stuttgart swing dance school.
Through his engineering studies, Marcus has an analytical strategy to break down new moves into their individual movements, understand them and pass them on to the students. Here it is important to him to convey clear content and to place it as vividly as possible in the minds of the participants. Nevertheless, there is still room for individualisation of each participant in the course.
In addition, the access to his body via fitness is an important component for him to be able to dance swing stable. For him this includes the composition of strength, endurance and flexibility
